no sleep til brooklyn

aside from my summer bucket list, i had one particular day planned

 it then snowballed into a spontaneous and fantastic getaway with the mr.

you all know i am a LIST LOVER & my every whim is accounted for

this was so pleasing and good for the soul!

here's just a few pics for ya ;-)

we happened to make our own bar crawl through cobble hill 

this was our first stop & that LIL' margarita packed a BIG punch!

 imagine dragons concert was the reason we went on this adventure in the first place

and they DID NOT disappoint.

seriously next time they are in your town, do not miss em!

couldn't have been a more perfect find & moment for me!

just happened to be walking on the beach and i saw this ladybug

i picked her up and she stayed on my hand for miles <3

my love affair with breezy & sunsets is a never ending one

one thing we could not skip on this journey 

was the mr's first visit to l&b spumoni gardens

 just whipped up a little something for the 4th & a dear friends birthday!

cause we're going to the movies and a free one at that!

check the schedule of when, where & what you can watch all over the city

how better to spend a wonderful summer night either in the park or by the sea!

summer streets is happening again

for 7 miles, 6 hours & 3 saturdays of august

you can bike, walk, run & blade through the car less streets of manhattan

*and most exciting there is a GIANT 270 ft water slide too*

ANYWHERE YOU ARE:

sure a pool or a beach day are the best ways to unwind after a long work week

but sometimes it isn't the most convenient to make happen!

take it to the park 

call your besties, split up the list

get your fave fruits, cheese, meats & the rose

a deck of cards and something comfy to sit on

grill & chill

whether you crave surf or turf, pick your most exquisite recipe 

go all top chef & host the dinner party of the summer

game night

put all those DVR'ed episodes of 

hollywood game night & lip sync battle to use
call up the crew and recreate it yourselves
you are sure to have a night filled with hilarious laughter
