well it has been a week since i started this beautiful blog of mine, and i've been writing notebooks full of ideas and kitschy topics to cover throughout the next weeks and months. i hope you are all excited to read!
first things first - i am indeed a football fan - who doesn't enjoy the beautiful sight of eli manning or reggie bush ;) oh yes and of course the game, some cocktails and lots of "bad for you" food. but to be honest i lost interest in football after the giants were out! typical girl. however for any of you ladies with men in your life - congratulations, you get him back tomorrow! ah yes, the official end of the NFL season - the super bowl. as my boyfriend kinda put it, he had a nice break and now hes "okay" to be back among the real world!
i personally have had a love/hate relationship with football this year. love, because i took my boyfriend to meet eli manning for christmas and hate, because of how intense the gridiron loses can be for my man! i cannot tell you how many dinner dates were canceled, phone calls were not returned and moods were seriously damaged after some trying sunday games. so for me, this final sunday of sacrifice is HUGE.
for those of the uninterested ladies, what are your super bowl plans? will you be watching in the other room just to see commercials, gab with your gals, have a few too many glasses of wine and watch the black eyed peas at halftime - that isn't a bad idea at all - that's where you'll find me tomorrow!
some tid' bits for you guests and those hostesses with the most-est... if you want to know what commercials to look out for... there are always the classics like budweiser, e-trade, and doritos. i've seen some sneak peaks on the news in the last few days, including kim kardashians skechers ad (which looks a bit steamy - check out the link below for the behind the scenes footage)

Secrets, Act 1
So, lets get caught up to speed. What have we accomplished in the last month... Dieting, first day of classes, first day back to work, or first day at the new job? The usual routine getting shook up and adding to the hectic and busy schedule that is life? Sounds about right! The way I look at it is, if you didn't start then, you can always start NOW!Ah, resolutions. Well first off - lets take note ( It's 1/29/11 ) I'm currently 29 days behind schedule... One of my New Years Resolutions had been to start this blog! So much for timely fashion.
This winter has been in plain English - a BITCH. If you live in the north east, you now live in whats similar to Antarctica. Truly all I've wanted to do was "veg" and watch movies on Netflix ( My Preferred Drug, BTW ) if the gym had Netflix, I then would never leave the treadmill! It's really quite a situation. So I've caught myself getting annoyed with the weather, and the weather leading my procrastination and laziness. All of which are NOT in the recipe for a really good resolution!
