The best way to any good day is to have a good night!
I have been making a truly conscious effort to make my nighttime routine as effect as possible
ALL WHILE being seemingly effortless!
Let me explain how...
It doesn't matter if I'm working from home or going to be out and about meeting with clients for the day
I lay out my clothes, pack my bags & my "lunch" bag. (Which is a totally separate / lengthy post lol)
I have everything ready to head out the door in the morning!

I make a list of what I've got to do, who I've got to call and where I'll be going
to make sure that the day is arranged perfectly!

I make sure to take my vitamins and I do the adult thing of TAKING OFF my makeup
and PUTTING ON any moisturizer or topicals that make my face extra beaut!
Go to brush my teeth, grab a bottle of water and I hop into bed!
This is the fun part ;-)
My nightstand has my essentials...
a sleep mask, my melatonin, chapstick & lotion (especially in the winter)
and a notebook and pen!
I am sure to write down a bunch of things:
What I'm grateful for, affirmations I am trying to keep close,
the things I want to accomplish the next day, the things I want to practice and learn!
Whether the night ends with a DVR'd episode of god knows what, a meditation,
or I fall asleep to rain sounds (from my amazing new pillow)
I am full and complete with good vibes and an organized mind!

My routine is pretty easy going and straight forward like I said
and it's all for the benefit of wellness!
