I normally don't mind a rainy day...
I love curling up with a cup of tea and maybe a good book
or catching up on a show once the day is done.
What I do NOT love, is when it's been days and days of consistent rain!
And I have that feeling and that I should be in bed all day!
So far, it's been raining since Sunday and not stopping until Mothers Day!
Its draining and so lack luster.
It definitely puts me in a funk...
So being that it's Wellness Wednesday & May 4th
I've got a couple of tips for getting yourself out of that blah mood!
The force is with us, just gotta power through!
1) Open the windows, get the fresh air in no matter if it's raining, chilly or not!
2) Mediate for 10 mins, just deep breathing and focusing our energy on some positive, happy vibes.
3) If you can't get outside for a walk on your break, walk the stairs a few floors up and door.
Get your heart rate up and the endorphins flowing!
4) Buy some fresh flowers! It will give life to your space and a lovely smell too!
5) When the day is said and done, and all the emails have been sent - take a bath & put on a mask!
